We collect only what StarLove needs to work:
Your camera and photo library are used only when you choose to share a photo. We never access them otherwise.
We never collect your location. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles of you for anyone else. StarLove is a home, not a data business.
We use what you share to run StarLove as you'd expect: showing your profile to the community, delivering your messages, surfacing events near your community, and sending the notifications and emails you've asked for. That's it.
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted service providers who help StarLove run - like Supabase, which powers our database, sign-in, and storage, and the services that deliver our emails and push notifications. These providers are bound by strong privacy and security terms and can't use your data for anything else.
Your profile, posts, and messages are kept until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, and securely purged from backups within 90 days.
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Email shalom@starlove18.org and we'll help.
StarLove is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy as StarLove grows, we'll let you know in the app.
